Development, Zoning and Land Use Approvals

This area of law is one of our specialties, primarily as a result of our local knowledge and experience with Routt County, Colorado. We work with our clients beginning with the initial acquisition of a development parcel, all the way through the financing, zoning and land use entitlement process, through construction and final sale/lease of the property. Our firm has worked on high-end complex developments at the ski area base, as well as numerous developments throughout Routt County. We represent owners, developers and builders in zoning, annexation, variance, lot line adjustments, and development permitting.
