The law firm of Holloway, Brabec & Karet, P.C. was established in 1994 and is located in beautiful Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Our firm provides legal services to individuals and business clients throughout the Rocky Mountain Region and beyond. Our attorneys represent and advise clients in a variety of practice areas, focusing primarily on the areas of real estate, development, land use, and zoning; construction law and litigation; business entity formation and commercial law; contracts; wills & estate planning and probate & estate administration; and civil litigation.
